HIPAA Compliance

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) establishes national standards for electronic health care transactions. Patient Communicator is fully compliant with HIPAA Security Standards, and has completed an official Risk Analysis, as well as the Security Standards Compliance Program.

Patient Communicator ensures the protection of all the patient information on its systems by continuously maintaining strict enforcement of these standards. This maintenance includes:
